Reporting a security problem

If you think you have found a security vulnerability in a WildCam camera, its firmware, or the MyHunt app, please tell us. You do not need an account, you do not need to give us your personal details, and it costs nothing to report.

We acknowledge every report within 5 working days, and we keep you updated on progress until the issue is resolved or we explain why it will not be.

Please include as much detail as you can, for example the camera model, roughly when you noticed the issue, and the steps to reproduce it. We will not take legal action against anyone who reports a genuine issue to us in good faith and gives us reasonable time to fix it before making it public.
