Cancel anytime, no questions asked.

How you cancel and request a refund depends on where you originally subscribed. Pick your platform below.

Which platform did I subscribe on?

Check the receipt email for your subscription. If it is from Apple, you subscribed via the App Store on an iPhone or iPad. If it is from Google Play, you subscribed on an Android phone. If it is from Stripe ("Hunter & Companion GmbH"), you subscribed on the web at web.hunterco.app.

Web (Stripe), the easiest path

Cancel the subscription

  1. On your phone or computer, open web.hunterco.app and sign in with the email you used to subscribe.
  2. Open your profile.
  3. Tap Manage Subscription. This opens the secure Stripe customer portal.
  4. Tap Cancel plan. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Request a refund

If you subscribed via the web, we can issue the refund ourselves. This is the fastest path. Email support@hunterco.de from the address tied to your subscription and we will process the refund in Stripe within a few working days.

iPhone and iPad

Cancel via the App Store

Cancel the subscription

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap MyHunt, then tap Cancel Subscription.
  4. Confirm. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Request a refund

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Open reportaproblem.apple.com in your browser, sign in with your Apple ID, find the MyHunt charge, tap Report a Problem, and choose Request a Refund. Apple usually responds within 48 hours.

Android

Cancel via Google Play

Cancel the subscription

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android phone.
  2. Tap your profile picture in the top right, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  3. Tap MyHunt, then Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
  4. Confirm. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Request a refund

Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google. Open play.google.com/store/account/orders in your browser, sign in, find the MyHunt order, and tap Request a refund. Within 48 hours of purchase Google may refund automatically; after that Google forwards the request to us.

PRO Group member

Cancel via the group owner

PRO Group seats are managed by the group owner. Ask the owner to remove your seat from web.hunterco.app/profile/manage-group. If you bought a standalone PRO subscription before joining the group, that standalone subscription is paused for the duration of your group membership. Cancel the standalone subscription separately on the platform you originally paid on.

WildCam data plan

Cancel via the MyHunt app or web

WildCam data plans can be paused or cancelled from inside the MyHunt mobile app. WildCam plans paid on the web are managed through the Stripe customer portal at web.hunterco.app. Open your profile and tap Manage WildCam plan.

A note on refunds

Most people do not realise refunds are available, and we want to make this easy. Apple and Google control App Store and Google Play refunds, so we cannot issue those directly, but the steps above are what works in our experience. Stripe purchases on the web we can refund ourselves at any time, no questions asked.
