Refund and Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to your trade, business, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

2. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
• the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
• the supply of goods that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items;
• the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

3. Warranty (Gewährleistung)

Your statutory warranty rights apply.
If the product is defective, you are entitled to claim a repair or replacement within the scope of legal warranty provisions under Sections 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB).

The statutory warranty period is two (2) years from the date of delivery of the goods.
We do not provide any additional guarantees beyond the statutory rights.
