2. Shipping Times
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, goods will be dispatched within 2 working days (Monday–Friday) after receipt of payment.
Delivery times depend on the shipping provider and destination country, but are generally:
-
Germany: 1–3 working days after dispatch
-
Austria: 3–5 working days after dispatch
If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. force majeure, strikes, or supplier delays), we will inform you immediately.
Deliveries are made only on working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process before the order is finalized.
These costs are borne by the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Shipping is a flat rate of 4.99 € per order.
If partial deliveries are made for technical or logistical reasons, you will only be charged once for shipping.
4. Delivery and Transfer of Risk
If you are a consumer, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to you only when the goods are delivered to you or to a person authorized to receive them.
If you are not a consumer (e.g., a business customer), delivery and transfer of risk take place upon handover of the goods to the carrier.
5. Non-Delivery and Retention of Title
If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you, any additional shipping costs incurred shall be borne by you.
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received (retention of title pursuant to § 449 BGB).
6. Damage in Transit
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects immediately to the delivery agent and contact us as soon as possible.
Failure to make such a complaint or contact us does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
However, it helps us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer.
